Update .gitlab-ci.yml - As I specify what image to use in the gitlab-ci.yml there is actually no need for the tags to select a specific runner for the build jobs. For the deploy jobs I still want to keep the tag as these runners are defined specially with docker-socket. Also, several deploys can not run on the same machine at the same time, as the ports can only be occupied by the processes in one runner.
