Remove implicit configuration blocks resolution from infosys defaults

Infosys implementation for arc6.0 has now logic to resolve default blocks if the user forgets to specify a parent block or a related block. As a follow up from NG2018 all such logic must be removed and replaced with explicit errors about missing configuration blocks. In most cases this implies termination of infoproviders scripts.
