Infosys PBS.pm qstat invocation that works for older versions also

After testing on older PBSPro it was discovered that -1 argument is not supported in qstat -Q.

Adopting code to handle line continuation instead of -1 argument of qstat (old behavior but for new code) to support older PBS versions.
