* Controlling ARC services from arcctl

  • enable/disable/start/stop/list as configured in arc.conf or separately
  • Third-party components deployment
    • installing IGTF CA Certificates (with optional deployment of IGTF/EGI/Nordugrid repos)
    • VOMS LSC files for checking ACs (from EGI VO Database or direct VOMS server TLS query)
  • arcctl job stats is now available
  • RTE parameters export in EVN/RTE
  • minor improvements, typos, refactoring
