Additional code removals for ARC 7

  • Remove obsolete ACCs: EMIES, GRIDFTPJOB, LDAP
  • Remove native ARGUS supoort. ARGUS via LCMAPS is still supported.
  • Remove resubmit/migrate support
  • Remove unused MySQL client wrapper
  • Remove reference headers referencing removed headers. Some of the referenced headers were removed a long time ago.
  • Do not run gridftp and emies submission tests
