Applying patch from Dennis van Dok

We are testing ARC7 with (still) Torque as LRMS; the code to scan jobs has a couple of typos. Here is a patch against the 'next' branch:

We've tested this on our systems. Without the patch, jobs stay in Running state indefinitely.
