Obsolete removed packages (Fixes #8)
The -java, -ldap-monitor and -ws-monitor packages were removed, they need to be properly obsoleted.
Related to task number 6 in the ARC 6 readiness tracker.
We have disabled local account creation from: https://source.coderefinery.org/users/sign_up because of the amount of bots.
New accounts must now be created through WAYF / eduGAIN. You can still login with a local account for now.
