Quick fix for Glue1 generator to get arex status, Fixes #46 (closed)

Description

glue-generator.pl now uses the new startup scripts

glue-generator.pl used to generate Glue1.2/1.3 renderings now uses either systemV or systemd new script arc-arex in default locations. If that is not found then it writes an error in the rendering with hints on how to solve. A comment has been added for sysadmin to put hacks in place.

As Glue1 is not supported it should not be surprising that the solution is a quick and dirty hack.
