Fixing typo in cleanup-on-fail function callout

After testing nightlies I found the nasty typo in function name used for "cleanup-on-fail callout" (rtefile_remove vs rte_remove).

I also found increasing download progress reporting to the info level from debug level useful, so change this as well.
