This merge request is aimed to save the world from the overheating!

Decreasing the size of Chile flag image the order of magnitude reduces the traffic and hence save a power consumption and heat dissipation of many devices between the user and hosting. Taking into account how many users the grid-monitor has daily, this will contribute to fighting the global warming 🤣
