Update .gitlab-ci.yml - Explicitly adding the docker run command instead of sourcing the dockerrun.sh script that was present on the host machines. Updated the docker image for arc-deploy-centos7 to directly call /usr/share/arc/arc-arex-start and /usr/share/arc/arc-gridftpd-start since it is tricky/messy to get systemctl working in the docker container.
